500 grams of wheat flour

1 stage. Start by adding all the ingredients, until a smooth and homogeneous mass is formed. Step 2: Then knead very well. Reserve and let it grow until it is double the amount.
Step 3: On a work table, or any other floured place, knead a little more. Step 4: Now with the dough on the floured table, prepare some balls and place on two greased baking sheets. 5 stage: In turn, let it grow again until it is twice the size.
6 stage: If you like, or even if you prefer, brush the balls with an egg yolk and add a little oregano, or another aromatic one to taste. 7 stage: Now after preparation, take it to the preheated oven for about 15 minutes. 8 stage: Let it lightly brown, so they stay a few days softer.
9th step: If you notice that it is very hot where you live, on the third day it will be necessary to store it in the refrigerator, thus preventing them from molding. 10 stage: If you prefer and even make large quantities, freeze the bread, they are the same as they were made at the moment.
